Most new parents are constantly exhausted, thanks to their new responsibilities. The CNN article covers the necessity of good nutrition, why perking yourself up with caffeine is only a temporary solution, how some medications can cause drowsiness (even if it isn’t listed as a side effect), and most importantly, how having a regular nighttime routine can help improve your sleep.
